Andrea Kocken

Youth Programs Manager

Andrea has been supporting youth and staffing teams for about 15 years, passionate about encouraging professional/personal development, creating relationships, networking opportunities with partners, and promoting national program growth. She brings experience from her previous roles as Program Manager with YMCA of Northern Alberta and Team Lead with Housing First, where she embraced person-centered approaches. Andrea has an educational background in criminology and correctional services, also has worked in various settings, including institutional, community and probation offices. Andrea joined Elevate Aviation in April 2026 and strongly admired the supportive onsite environment, along with the organization’s mission and values. When not leading youth program teams, Andrea is a mother of three daughters and enjoys traveling and camping with her family.
