Elevate Aviation Expands Aviation Career Exploration (ACE) Program to Vancouver Through Partnership with Harbour Air

Vancouver, BC – October 2025 – Elevate Aviation announced the launch of its Aviation Career Exploration (ACE) Program in Vancouver. This expansion builds on the success of ACE programs already established in Edmonton and Calgary, and marks an important step in preparing the next generation of aviation professionals with a focus on sustainability and net-zero technologies. The launch is made possible through Elevate Aviation’s partnership with Harbour Air, which has received support from the Initiative for Sustainable Aviation Technology (INSAT) – a joint industry-government program accelerating the green industrial transformation of Canada’s aerospace industry.

To celebrate this milestone, Elevate Aviation hosted a launch event at the Harbour Air Hangar at Vancouver International Airport. The event featured speakers, networking, and hands-on activities that highlighted the immersive and engaging nature of the ACE program.

The ACE program introduces youth ages 11–18 to diverse aviation careers through site tours, presentations, and hands-on learning. Delivered as a week-long, immersive experience, the program is designed for schools to bring their classes for an extended field trip, providing students with practical, experiential learning aligned with educational curriculum outcomes. By incorporating elements of sustainable aviation, such as electrification and net-zero technologies, the Vancouver program will prepare students for the future of the industry and expose them to a wide range of career pathways.

“Through our partnership with Harbour Air, we are not only opening doors to aviation careers, but also inspiring the next generation to play an active role in shaping a sustainable future for aviation,” said Nova Andrews, CEO of Elevate Aviation.

“Harbour Air is proud to collaborate with Elevate Aviation to give youth hands-on exposure to the exciting world of aviation,” said Shawn Braiden, VP Aerospace Services at Harbour Air. “By showcasing careers in both traditional and sustainable aviation, we hope to inspire the next generation of pilots, engineers, and aviation innovators.”
